2024 HuanYuan Group, Ganzhou Base QC Achievement Publishing Competition Achieved A Great Success

        On 21st November,2024,  the QC results release competition of Ganzhou base achieved a complete success in the conference room on the first floor of Ganzhou headquarters. A total of 10 QC projects from three divisions, namely Industrial Fabrics factory, Ganfeng fiberglass mesh factory and Mingyang Glass Fibre factory, were released on the spot. 

       Ms Qiu, vice chairman of the company, and two professional teachers, Mr.Jiang and Mr. Lai from Ovodan Consulting company, gave on-site scoring and guidance.

Mr Cui, General Manager of Production of Industrial Fabric Division, made a speech before the competition, the company has been working hard to create a positive and courageous enterprise culture environment, I believe that through the joint efforts of everyone, the company can go further on the road of improvement, and I wish this competition a complete success and everyone will be rewarded with a lot of achievements.

    Through the wonderful and fierce competition and the scores of the judges, the contest has selected one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes and four excellent prizes. Among them, Jiangxi Ganfeng"The project on quality improvement of warp knitting machines "won the third prize.

    Mr Jiang made detailed comments and guidance on the 10 QC release topics. He commented and emphasised that the logic of this QC results release is strong and the spirit of the members is excellent. The results release brought two harvests, one is the harvest of talent, and the other is the harvest of solving problems to break through bottlenecks.

      Ms Qiu, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, in her concluding remarks, used the word ‘vigorous’ to express her feelings about the launch competition. The reason why more young partners took part in the competition was because of the ‘heritage’ behind it. Every team member on stage is a contributor, because a sharer is a contributor. They provide a process for all the partners to learn from each other and make reference to each other. Regardless of the ranking of each participating team, the key is that we are always on the way of growth.
